As I ventured into the wild forest, memories of my childhood came rushing back. In those carefree days, I used to go for grazing goats in wild forest, immersing myself in the wonders of nature. The leaves, whispering a romantic melody, accompanied my playful wanderings. I used to play leaves which output romantic music, singing songs and roaming here and there in the wild forest exploring every nook and cranny of the untamed wilderness, those were truly wonderful days.
Recently, I had the opportunity to relive those cherished moments during a hiking expedition. Our journey took us from the serene surroundings of Suryavinayak to the tranquil destination of Biruwa. Accompanied by a diverse group of talented individuals including poets, writers, film directors, environmentalists, and forest experts, our team embarked on this unforgettable adventure.
Starting from the Ganesha Temple of Suryavinayak, we traversed through captivating landscapes, passing by Ghyampe Dada, Pilot Baba Ashram, Lakuri Bhanjyang and Ranikot before finally reaching our endpoint at Biruwa. The journey itself was an extraordinary experience, blending the essence of our shared passion for nature.
During our hike, we took a moment to savor a sattvic lunch at the picturesque Sallaghari in Ranikot. Surrounded by awe-inspiring beauty, we indulged in the flavors of nature while nurturing our bodies and souls.
Our excursion was not just a physical journey; it was a gathering of creative minds. We held a poetry conference amidst the enchanting forest, where the melodies of birds serenaded our ears. The graceful dance of the branches above delighted our eyes, and the sweet fragrance of various flowers enchanted our noses. In this moment, our minds transcended the physical world, finding solace in meditation and embracing the spiritual energy that permeated the green and splendid environment.
The entire experience was a tapestry of memories, each thread representing moments that were not only memorable but also spiritual, beautiful, and profoundly fruitful. We are indebted to dear Abhayaji and Dr. Himlal Shrestha sir for organizing this remarkable event that brought together kindred spirits and allowed us to reconnect with our inner selves and the wonders of nature.
Even though we separated from the last point, but the beautiful memories we made will remain forever imprinted in our hearts. The echoes of our laughter, the serenade of the forest, and the bonds formed among fellow adventurers will remain etched in our souls, reminding us of the power and beauty of reconnecting with nature and reliving the joys of our childhood.
